Cancellation
Using the OYO website or mobile app, customers may cancel reservations.
Within 7 to 14 working days, the customer will be reimbursed with the appropriate refund amount.
In the event that the cancellation cost is greater than what the client has already paid, OYO retains the right to debit the OYO Money account.
